Orders, income and expenses each export to CSV from the screen you are looking at, filtered exactly as you have it filtered. The delimiter follows your workspace's number format — a comma where the decimal separator is a point, a semicolon where it is a comma — so Excel and Sheets open the file as columns instead of as one long string. The export is a read: nothing in your workspace changes, and you can take it whenever you want it rather than only on the way out.

Orders, Income or Expenses. Each exports itself; there is no separate export page that would have to be told what you meant.
Filter to the period
The month, the quarter, whatever your accountant asked for. What you see is what the file will contain.
Export CSV
The file downloads named for what it is and the date it was taken, so three months of them do not become three files called export.

Nothing
An export reads. No row is marked as exported, nothing is locked, and taking the same period twice is free.

The export covers the workspace you are in. Two businesses are two workspaces and two files.
Why does my file use semicolons?
Because your workspace writes decimals with a comma, and a comma cannot be both the decimal point and the column separator. The delimiter follows the number format so the file opens correctly in the region you are in.
What is in each file?
Orders carry the customer, the pieces, the agreed total, what has been paid and what is owed. Income and expenses carry the date, the amount, the category and what they are attached to. Each is the screen it came from, as columns.
Is my data mine?
Yes. The exports are available at any time, not only on the way out, and your numbers are not used for anything except running your account — no model training, no sharing, no selling.
