What “everything included” actually means

Unlimited orders, customers, products and batches
Deposits and balances tracked against the order
Production batches that keep their own cost, not an average
Real margin per order, plus money in, money out and cash on hand
An order page with status and what is owed
Import from a screenshot, an invoice or a store export — no template
AI that drafts the order or batch from the file, for you to confirm
Direct founder support, not a ticket queue

Everything else Ordamo does, by job

What this is actually competing with

Not your spreadsheet: that is free, and it works until an order goes wrong. The comparison is the set of tools you would otherwise buy for the same job.

$14

An invoicing tool that takes a deposit on the invoice. Invoice Ninja Pro, per month.

$49

Maker inventory that knows what a batch cost. Craftybase Studio, per month; its card plans start at $83.

$63

The two together, and still no page that tells the customer where the order is. Ordamo is $29.

Prices read from the vendors' own pages in September 2026. Katana, the tool most round-ups suggest, starts at $299 a month; the full comparison is in Ordamo vs Craftybase.

FAQ

What do I get for $29 a month?+

Everything. There is one plan and nothing is held back for a higher tier: unlimited orders, customers, products and batches, deposit and balance tracking, per-batch costing, real margin, order pages for your customers, import from screenshots, invoices and store exports, the AI assistant and direct founder support.

Why is it $29 when the regular price is $59?+

$29 is the founding price. It is what early customers pay for taking the risk on a young product, it stays with you for as long as you keep the subscription, and it is the same product either way.

How does $29 compare with Craftybase or a deposit app?+

Craftybase, now Stocksmith, sells its card plans from $83 a month billed annually, with a $49 Studio and a $20 single-channel Pro in the text below them. Downpay starts at $29 a month on top of Shopify and takes the money at checkout. Neither holds an order that waits weeks on a balance, so the comparison is the shape of the tool, not the subscription. Prices read in September 2026.

Does the trial need a card?+

$0 today, first charge after 7 days, cancel in one click. The demo workspace asks for no card at all — the trial starts when you enter your own orders, and yes, starting it puts a card on file: the charge on day 8 happens only if you have not cancelled. The first month is refunded in full for 14 days. We would rather say that here than have you find it at the checkout.

What if I pay and then decide it is not for me?+

Ask within fourteen days of your first payment and you get that month back in full. Cancel any time after that and the subscription stops at the end of the period you have paid for.

Is the price per user?+

No. The price is per business. Team roles are part of the plan rather than an upgrade.

Can I take payments through Ordamo?+

Not through Ordamo, and that is deliberate. You put your bank details, or a Stripe or PayPal link, on the customer's order page, and the link is clickable on the phone they are reading it from. When it lands, you mark the balance paid with one button on the order. No processor fee on top of ours, no payout to wait for.

Do I have to rebuild my spreadsheet to start?+

No. The import takes any columns without a template, so you can bring the sheet you already have — or your store's own order export. Most people are looking at real orders on the first evening.

Does it replace my accountant?+

No, and it is not meant to. Accounting closes your books after the month; Ordamo tells you during it what each order is earning. Most people run both.
