From “they said yes” to money on the account, without a spreadsheet in between.
Create an order in 30 seconds
Customer, products, variants, quantities, prices and status in one compact form.
Deposits and balance due
A percentage or a fixed amount. The balance stays visible on the order, the customer and the dashboard.
Default deposit presets
Pick the deposit percentages you actually use (30%, 50%, 60%) once in Settings and reuse them.
Order statuses
New, in production, ready, shipped, completed — with dates captured as the order moves.
Ready by date
Give an approximate readiness date for the order for yourself and your customers.
Order comments and notes
Keep the fabric choice, the customer's request or the courier reference attached to the order itself.
Tax handling
VAT, sales tax or a custom label; prices inclusive or on top.
Typing is for the 30-second order. Anything that arrives as a picture or a file goes in through the assistant, and you confirm before it saves.
What it reads
A chat screenshot, a photo, an invoice, a PDF, a Word file, a spreadsheet, or a Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce export.
What it drafts
An order, a batch, a customer or an expense, matched against your catalog. Anything missing is asked once; nothing saves until you press Save.
Buttons where the data lives
“From a chat screenshot” on Orders, “From an invoice” on Batches, “From a chat” on Customers open the assistant right there.
Send from your phone
“Send to Ordamo” in the iPhone share sheet turns a screenshot into a draft. iPhone only for now.
Ask about your numbers
Which product is losing you money, what is still owed this month: the assistant answers from your own figures.
File import
A Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce export, or any sheet. Columns map themselves; the same file twice adds nothing.
Import screen without the chat
Settings → Import: pick the file, check which column goes where, fix anything by hand, press Import.
It creates, it does not edit
A saved order or batch is changed by hand on its own page, not through the assistant.
Five chats a day
Five new conversations a day; follow-ups inside a chat don't count.
A live link beats a PDF and eight “any update?” messages.
Order page
One mobile-first link showing status, items, deposit paid, balance due, and your payment details for your customer.
Send by WhatsApp, email or manually
One send panel with a ready message; you choose the channel, and it sends.
Opened or not
See when your customer actually opened the link.
Your brand and payment details
Company name, logo, bank or transfer instructions shown on the page.
Private by design
Order page links are unindexed, with their own title and no marketing preview image.
Customer analytics
Order count, lifetime revenue, average order value and what's still owed per customer.
What each run cost, not an average.
Production batches
A batch holds its products, quantities, supplier and dates from ordered to received.
Per-batch cost, not an average
What that run cost — workshop, freight, hardware — over the pieces it produced. Never a blended figure.
Pre-paid and post-paid batch costs
Record the deposit to your workshop and the balance on delivery, each with its own date.
Put the real cost on your products
One button puts what the batch really cost on its products and open orders. Delivered orders never move.
Inventory value
Received batches minus the cost already booked on shipped orders: the money still sitting in your workshop.
The three numbers you actually run the business on: what came in, what's owed, what's left.
Financial dashboard
Revenue, collected, outstanding, expenses, profit, withdrawals and cash on hand in one screen.
Owner withdrawals separated from expenses
Taking money out is profit distribution, not a business cost. It never deflates your expense or profit numbers.
Real margin per order and per product
Revenue minus the cost carried on the order minus tax, order by order.
Income tracking
Every payment received with method, date, order and customer. Deposits are recorded automatically.
Expenses with categories
Operating expenses with category, payment method, date and notes.
Recurring expenses
Rent, subscriptions and salaries roll forward automatically on their schedule.
Product sales and P&L charts
Monthly revenue, cost, profit progression and best-selling items.
Export for your accountant
Orders, income and expenses download as CSV with your filters applied, and the separator matches your number format.
One catalog that survives custom work: your attributes, your variants, your costs.
Products with cost and price
Production cost and selling price per product, so margin is known before the order is even taken.
Custom attributes
Define your own attributes — Size, Fabric, Wood, Colour, Flavour, etc.
Variant matrix with per-variant cost, price and SKU
Generate every combination at once, then override cost, price or SKU where reality differs.
Attribute library
Reusable attribute sets across the catalog, so “Fabric” means the same thing on every product.
Stock on hand per variant
Units in stock with a one-tap stepper for quick corrections after a count.
Categories and colour coding
Group the catalog the way your workshop talks about it.
Product page with sales history
Know the best-selling products with units sold, income, and margin per product.
Your salesperson shouldn't see your margins. Your production lead shouldn't see your bank balance.
Email invitations
Send an invite, they set their own password and land in your workspace.
Roles with real boundaries
Sales sees orders and income, never cost or margin. Production sees batches, never prices or profit.

These are choices – every one of them would make the product heavier for the brands we build for.
No BOM or raw material accounting
We don't track metres of fabric or kilos of oak: costs enter at batch level, not at material level. If you make everything in-house, skip batches and put the cost straight on the product — the real margin per order still comes out.
No shop floor scheduling or labour tracking
No work orders, no machine planning, no hours per operator.
No multi-warehouse inventory
One stock number per variant. No transfers between locations, no bin numbers.
No invoicing, no tax filing, no bookkeeping
Ordamo shows tax on an order but issues no invoices: no legal numbering, no factura, no VAT return. It lives next to whatever already does that for you — your accountant, your country's invoicing tool, Zoho, Wave — and the customer only ever reads the order page.
No payment processing
Money never runs through Ordamo: your bank details or a Stripe or PayPal link sit on the customer's order page, clickable on their phone. When it lands, you mark the balance paid with one button on the order — no processor fee on top of ours, no payout to wait for.
No store integrations
Nothing connects to Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce over an API. You bring the store's own order export and the import reads it, columns mapped for you, no duplicates on a second load. On Etsy it has to be the “Sold Order Items” file — “Sold Orders” carries no line items — and the customer comes off the ship-to name, because Etsy's buyer field is a username.
If one of these is your situation, we'd rather you found the right tool than paid us for the wrong one.
