How do I keep track of deposits on dates that are months away?
Each booking is an order with its date, the deposit paid and the balance owed. The pending total across every open booking is one figure rather than a sum you build by opening each one — which is the number that matters when a season's deposits are sitting in the same account as your own money.
The balance is due before the day. How do I know which ones are outstanding?
The balance is carried on the booking against its date, so the ones due are the ones whose date is close and whose balance is not zero. Ordamo shows you that; it does not send the reminder. Asking is still a message you send, in one tap, from the order.
What did the event earn after the flowers and the crew?
Everything tagged to the booking — stems, hire pieces, transport, the crew's day — comes off the agreed price on the booking itself. So the margin is after the strike, not the one in the proposal, and a date priced in September against flowers bought in June shows the difference rather than hiding it.
